We cook our meat cowboy-style directly over 100% mesquite wood coals in our big barbeque pits. No gas, no electricity. The result is tender and delicious brisket, chicken, beef and pork ribs, pork chops and sausage.

Have it dipped in our homemade Pit Sauce, a tangy vinegar and tomato-based sauce flavored with secret ingredients. Or raise the heat a little with some pickled jalapenos or hot sauce.

Choose two of our delicious sides, like red beans, coleslaw, corn-on-the-cob, and more. Add an icy cold beverage of your choice and some fresh cobbler - if you still have room.
